Code Review (Easy): The Dashboard Banner Layout

Story

Lena was designing a new layout for the internal dashboard where different metrics are displayed as a row of vertical columns. She realized she needed a way to find the biggest solid rectangular area hidden within those columns to fit a promotional banner for the company's upcoming retreat. Mark looked over her draft and suggested making it a standard tool that any of their coworkers could use for similar design challenges. For example, if the columns were two, one, five, six, two, and three units high, the tool would determine that the largest rectangle you could fit is ten units in size.
