Code Review (Easy): The Reviewer Shuffle

Story

Lena was designing a simple tool to help organize the team’s peer-review schedule on the ReviewThat Labs dashboard. Mark looked at the layout and suggested that the list would look better if every two neighboring people swapped positions to shuffle the current order. He mentioned that the tool must move the actual profile cards around instead of just retyping the names to keep all the internal data intact. As an example, a list that originally displays Sarah, James, Kim, and Leo should be transformed by the helper to show James, Sarah, Leo, and Kim instead.

Your Task
